when a shy guy want to kiss a girl???or want to make a physical relationship??
if the guy never had any past realtionship and never be in touch physically not even the kiss with any girl
age 23...
please suggest
....actually i am facing this situation..i just wanna know whether he love me or not...he expect all this from me but not ready for commitment...

Are you sure he is't gay?
If he is shy and all what you said here I don't think he will be able to make first step , or commit anything..

I'm not sure if I understand the whole picture here. You talk about three things:

1 - Kissing
2 - Physical relationship (And by "physical" i'm sure you don't think about holding hands...)
3 - Commitment

Maybe these three should be dealt with separately? You talk about a shy guy. If I understand you correctly, he is too shy to even kiss you?

If you like the guy, and want to be in a relationship with him, help the poor guy a bit by making the first moves. Make him comfortable and see where things go.

As for commitment, I suggest you leave that until you see how you get along. That is, unless you live in a culture where he is required to put a ring on your finger before he is allowed to kiss you. In which case, I doubt we can help you.
