sooo.. should I go for it?

Well... I met this girl several weeks ago, we seemed to hit it off pretty well, so I asked her out for lunch (It was very casual, I never mentioned the word 'date'... I did paid, however...)

So I feel kind of stuck. I am interested in getting to know her better, possibly asking her out on a legit date, but at the same time apprehensive about it too. I am interested in her, and I have the feeling she may be as well, but at the same time I don't want to do a one foot in, one foot out type of thing...

Is my train of thought making sense? Am I thinking too much?

I think you are over thinking it. Just go for it. Whats the worst that happens she says no? You only met a couple of weeks ago, its not as if some long-term friendship would be ruined. If you guys are clicking and you think she's sending you some signals then go for it.

Several weeks? Has she heard from you since then? If not, you're probably going to have to do some damage control.

Me three. Don't be afraid to call it a date. All this "hanging out" is the best way to get stuck in the dreaded friend zone.

Fun fact 1: I asked her on a date, she said yes ^^
Fun fact 2: She is also graduating in 3 months...

Bah, maybe im thinking too much. A date is a date, what follows after will be whatever follows "/
