many of those books are a scam for your $. They act like they know it all, and they make it sound like it... but they are phony bastards (most of them). They give you all this "advice" on the sites, (after asking for your email) and then they say... if you want the rest of it, just make 100 easy payments of one dollar (they can't just ****ing say $100) they have to screw around with your mind...
so if i were you, I'd get advice from other people / friends, and not listen to these phony, fradulent, greedy bastards.
thats' how i feel about it... (sorry bout the language)
I'm in slight agreement with pianoplayer. The books are going to tell you a lot of crap and any nuggets of gold you get from them are probably things you would've learned if you had been out working on your game. I bought DeAngelo's book, it had a lot of interesting points in it, but I would say just look up some resources online and get out there and start putting it together yourself.

Get DeAngelo's DVDs. MAJOR ASS HELP DUDE!
yes... i have to aggree... the movies probably help.
BUT... are you one of those people who have to have a professional do everythinjg for you? if you have acne, you let a dermotologist take care of it? if you're overweight, you need to by all of those pills and wight loss plans?
i hate it when everybody needs to have the latest conveinince. yes, there nice, but what about home remidies... such as... not seeing a dermotoogist, rather poping your own damn pimples! or not buying a "weight loss" program, instead just get your ass of the couch and exercise!
or bottled water costing practically more per gallon than gas... that REALLY pisses me off!
what i'm trying to say about the movie thing... just use your nogin... you''l get along fine. I mean, you are smart, right? I'm pretty sure you don't need "DeAngelo."
Plus, is he even real, or is he some "stage name" to get you to buy?
