Thanks for the vague pointers there.
To help you fix it up:
1) Run/Cardio. You do not need to run daily, you just simply need to log more and more miles week after week. How you get your miles in is up to you. I run 10k Monday, 8k tempo Wednesday, and 20-30k Saturday. I cycle to work as well. Ran my first marathon 3 weeks ago.
2) Eat a well balanced diet. Stay away from fad shit like the Paleo diet, which has so many rules that it defeats its own name. But yes, fruits n veggies will get you there, along with a good multivitamin daily and proper carb management.
3) Yoga is great for flexibility and strength, but I haven't seen any reason to add it to a stamina routine. Stamina is build by duration of workout...most Yoga places do a steady workout.
4) Optional. Any core activity will do on "off" days.
