Ok this is easy.. Push her gently up against a wall, so that she is facing the wall. slide your hand down her panties and finger her with two fingers from behind..do not make an in and out motion but rather pull toward you. Do this for about 1 minute then stop. Do this about 3 times during the day and always stop in 1 min...then give her some space and do not approach her.. see how you go Good Luck
