the only time im able to orgasm is when my girlfriend gives me a handjob. we had sex once which was both of our first times, and i wasn't able to orgasm, and its the same when she gives me oral. i cant orgasm. it is really bothering me. im 17 and she is 18, i used to masturbate on average once a day since i was around 13, but i cut that out hoping it would help but it hasn't seemed to. did my masturbation for so long cause any permanent damage? i am at a loss on what to do. hopefully you guys can help.

Masturbating on average once a day should not affect your ability to climax. Try not masturbating for one week. It may help with the intensity.
