Never had this happening before...

Normally, I don't dream about anything particular at all, and most of my dreams don't make any sense. During the last few weeks though, I keep on dreaming about girls and the dreams are completely realistic. The girls aren't any particular person, they are kinda random. The dreams aren't unpleasant either, because they make me wake up with a nice feeling. It feels a bit like daydreaming only these occur at night/in the morning when I'm fully asleep. Sometimes I dream about going out or doing something together, sometimes I dream about sex and sometimes I just have a conversation. There haven't been any significant changes to my life lately, so these dreams have come as a surprise. Does anybody share similar experiences?
