what do I listen to, heart or mind?

This is a bit of a new situation for me to be in . Before I've always gone for people similar to me , but recently I've fallen for someone who is a bit rougher and maybe even a bit cheap . She's a nice person deep down but still .. I know if I get involved theres a high chance it'll go wrong badly and I'll get hurt but I really like her all the same,, so basically is it worth the risk? should I be logical or not

That kind of raised questions for me.
Do you only see her like that because you like her?
Or is this one of those "I like her and want to make her a better person" kind of attractions?
