Affectionate friends

Do you have female friends who are physically affectionate or are touchy/flirty [I do not mean women who sleep with their male friends]? What sorts of things do they do?

I knew a woman that was flirty and everything and she would flirt when her boyfriend was around and was not around. I keep my distance because I didn't want to start anything with people I had no beef with. I ask a friend at the time about her as he knew her and he said that the flirty behavior is just who she is. He went on to say that when she does flirt she gets serious, and said not to worry about it. He understood where I was coming from tho.

But I have seen her or the friend for a while now.

I've been guilty of being unclear with male friends. It was a big ego-boost. It never meant much, just fun, you know?

I don't really do this any more because it has caused some trouble for me in the past. A lot of trouble, actually. I got my heart broken by playing with fire this way.

Is somebody messing with you, Prod? Can't tell what she wants? She's probably not sure either.

I have a friend like that. She'll snuggle up to me when watching movies or play with my hair. I tend to take it with a grain of salt though.

I say if you like a girl, friend or not, let her know. If she's a flirty friend but you don't have any strong feelings toward her, then don't pursue it just cause.
