Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi all, thanks for reading and any input

In a relationship for 3 years and things had cooled off sort of. I have been on the edge of losing my job for months now and I work a lot on the
road. Regrettably this caused a lack of affection on my part, we broke up 2 weeks ago and have had no contact since.
I still love her more than anything and I know she still has feelings for me. I have been dumped before and in serious relationships before, and after 2 weeks I have usually moved on or decided that the other person wasn't worth it and was able to move on in the future. I just need some advice on whether I should attempt to contact her, how i should go about it and when or whether I should just move on. I really felt like we had something very special.

I wrote the following for her and I'm posting it just because I need someone to see it and understand my feelings for her even if its not her. It should give a better idea of where I am at in my head as well.
Does it come off as too needy or desperate?
Should I send it to her or delete it entirely?

We first met and I thought you to be so cute,
I knew then that my heart I could not mute
In this world there could be no one better,
And I was lucky to have finally met her.
I knew we were meant to be,
Oh, that I could clearly see
Right from that very first day,
I knew with whom I was meant to stay.

I fondly remember our first kiss,
    And all my shy nervousness.
The taste of your soft lips,
My shaky hands on your hips.
    My tongue oh so sore
Cause it’s you that I adore.
Sultry making out was all we ever did
My love for you could not be hid.

Your laugh it is so cheerful
And your smile oh so beautiful
The make my whole world brighten
And my chest so quickly tighten.
Your skin so soft and smooth
on touch, my heart it does soothe
    With your intoxicating fragrance
Of my life you are its essence

Pretty eyes of hazel with your longing gaze
So deeply that they do amaze,
    I came free of charge.
into your heart so very large
    With all its bountiful kindness
Becky you are my greatest weakness
Our passion it’s oh so grand,
I only long to hold your hand

When I’m with you I could not be calmer
Your love to me, it does honor
With you I am on a cloud
And of your hard work, I am so proud
In this time I have checked
And it is you that I respect
The biggest thing that I fear
That of this you won’t shed a tear

I could go on like this forever
    because we are complete together,
and on and on and on for days
because it’s me you still amaze
I want to put this into motion
You’ll always have my full devotion
____________ you are the only one I desire
____________ you are the only one that I require

    I love you

The thing is, if you can't make changes in your scheduling to be more available to her then it isn't going to work. All the candy, flowers and notes of love isn't going to convince her.
