But now he's sure he's found his answer. What I want to know is that (1) is he implying that I am his answer? (2) how to reply without showing my eagerness to be with him?

Songs often discribe a feeling where simpel converstions might fail (why do you think there are that much love songs in the first place) just pick a song that describes your feeling for him, and send it back
