    Excessively Dizzy

It's been warm, but I drink plenty of cool water during the day, and eat at least 3 meals a day including fruits and vegetables.

Even laying down, especially on my left side, I'll feel like I'm spinning.

While at work up on the ladder I kept getting the dizzy feeling, and at one point while on the ground I had to grab onto something because I couldn't find my balance and almost fell backwards.

    Something wrong with my ears?

    Maybe my blood pressure?

I think I mentioned this before, Fras, but I used to get standing bed spins when I was a student.

I'm convinced we just have extra-sensitive, or more mobile, otoliths (the stones in your ears).

If a doc says you are fine, then I wouldn't worry. Mine got better with age. I also started doing a lot of martial arts involving flipping & that seemed to help. Just be extra careful on things like ladders, I'm the same.

My advice to you is the same as the LAST time you posted about this: see your doctor. You could have some inner ear problem, or it could be related to anemia, or heart problems/slow heart rate (my sister - the athlete - is currently having this problem and may need a pacemaker), or blood pressure, or oxygenation problems... lots of possibilities.

But you never see the doctor.

Tell A about this. She will shame you into seeing the doc. Stubborn Y-chromosome.

    I don't have a doctor, that's why I never see him.

EDIT: And I did tell my g/f. But she thinks I'm a hypochondriac because I always come up with something new that's wrong with me.

    Actually, I highly doubt that.

I had that happen to me once. I had it for an entire day after I pulled a few all nighters in a row. But it lasted a day.

A week later it came back. And lasted really badly for a week. I went to the doc, they said it may never go away. It eventually lessened but I was still really dizzy for a while, inner ear shit can really **** up your balance. It's gone now, but it was crazy. Go to a doc, but inner ear stuff there isn't much you can do. Hopefully it will subside on it's own. Get rest, and do not climb ladders!

    Haha "do not climb ladders!".

    You're cute Derby.

I virtually spend 8 hours a day on ladders.

Fras is a man. Men don't go to doctors until they're on the verge of death. And even then they do so reluctantly. This more than anything is probably why women outlive us.

Y'know, it's gotta be the excess of lackluster orgasms.
