    Ex flirts with co worker

    Hi me again.

My ex flirts with my co worker. We're all in the same class at university. He flirts back. They may as well be shagging each other. Where as I don't mind her seeing other people, I do have a certain problem with her doing it right in front of me. It's just courtesey. It really takes the piss. Feel like I'm been punished for no reason I haven't done anything to upset her. I've kept my mouth shut but its becoming more of a problem. I don't want to be sucked into a sticky love triangle thats all going to end in tears. How can I get out of this situation without changing university? I'm not going to put up with it for the next two years.

You just have to get over it. Courtesy is clearly not going to be extended to you. Just ignore her and go about your business.

Don't take classes with her. In fact, you shouldn't take classes with a girl you are dating, either. Too much drama potential.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

She may just be doing it to get under your skin, which has worked. Keep yer head up, don't let her see you down. Smile, say "hi" to both of them. Kill them with kindness.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
    blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
    A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
    Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
    Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?

Yeah that's a bit rude. But if you speak up you are going to make it much worse. Keep your mouth shut and pretend that you couldn't give a shit less.

Indifference is the best policy. I'm sure there are other girls you may find attractive and try your best flirting with them, even if you don't really feel for them because of your ex. I mean what else can you do? Time for a little distraction to keep the mind occupied.

And you don't need to rub it in their faces either.

Whatever you do - DON'T say anything to her about it. She is probably doing it intentionally, and the first to speak "loses." Tough it out, you will get over it in time and she will just look childish in the end, trust me, been there.
