Not sure if he's interested?

OK so heres the deal.

I picked up the other week at a club with this guy.
The next day he added me to facebook and we got chatting for a couple of hours.

I said he was a spunk and he said thanks for the kiss and "i obviously find you cute as well"..

I asked him if he wanted to hang out and he said yes.

Yesterday was the day.

He texted me earlier in the morning and asked if we could skip the museum and just do coffee as he was driving to a different area.
I said OK, and said if he was busy he didn't have to come, but he said he wanted to.
Anyway, we did coffee for an 1 1/2 hours, got on pretty well, spoke a lot, then went our separate ways. He said something about going to the museum at the end but I'm not sure if he was saying it to be polite.
I don't know if he is really interested..do I contact him..do I wait for him to contact me?

What happens if I've got it all wrong and he just saw it as a friend catch up

You saw him yesterday - give him 2 days to respond - if he doesn't text/write then text him and ask him if he wants to check out that museum...
