    Dog Owners vs Cat Owners

Does anyone find any truth in this?

Dog Owners are more active than Cat Owners?

I have never owned a cat because I have a phobia of them... so erm...

i have two dogs and one cat.

dogs definitely take a lot more time and attention and consistency than owning a cat. all a cat wants is water and food and it's good. dogs need to be loved all the time and trained and given praise and constant reinforcement. so you have to be more active. although i have known many dog owners who are lazy and should probably have a cat instead.

And someone to butt their head on & dig claws into at o'dark hundred b/c they heard you roll over in bed and want to be fed and let out. Immediately.

Ever seen someone try to 'walk' a cat? Surreal. Not sure to feel more sorry for the cat or the human.

    I love cats.

I wish dogs and babies were more like cats.

Where you could pay attention to them when you felt like it, then put them outside so somebody else in the neighborhood can feed it.

I hate cats. They do anything and are good for nothing. They collect too many nasty germs. They can't even save your life... they run up trees and expect you to rescue them! At least a dog can save your life. Dogs are loyal... and a cat will betray you. They will bite and scratch the hand that feeds them.

What the hell are you doing that you're relying on your dog to save your life?

Nothing at all. I'm talking about the fact that a dog can save a life and protect vs a cat.

Dogs if trained can do those things.

I watched a show about how burglars get into houses, and the guy said that dogs rarely pose an issue.

In any case, if I'm that worried about protection, I'll get a cat and a gun.

Some dogs don't have to be trained to save a life. They have common sense unlike cats.

Cats have plenty of common sense.

Big scary many break into your house?

    Run!

    House on fire?

    Run!

    Drowning?

    F*ck that, run!

You might not belive in this story, but my neighbours used to have a cat, a cat which was a boss of a cat gang. They`ve had a dog named Jackie (don`t remember the kind of a dog but he was always slow and looked like he was sleeping even while walking) and a cat Flipper. Flipper, because he was living with a dog, was used to be not afraid of dogs. Moreover,he knew how to fight with dogs (my dog`s nose was scratched once by Flipper) . My neighbours used to feed homeless cats,so Flipper spent lot of time with them, and because he was so confident about dogs,he taught other cats how to not be afraid of dogs and how to fight them. So imagine ,whole gang of cats in my neighbourhood was so confident and brave that they never ran away from dogs.Actually some dogs were running away from them. It was like this untill Flipper died. After I didn`t see those cats very often and eventually they moved to other place.

    Because everyday is a caturday

    Oops, seems I`m a cat too !

EDIT: But I`m learning how to swim Now I`m a bit better than cats lol And always when I can`t swim normally anymore but it`s too deep to stand I swim in a doggy style yeaaaaaaah But to be honest I really can`t swim very well :/ When I used to have swimming classes at school, I always was pretending that I forgot my swimming suit or I`m sick or when I got older that I have periods LOL Those were the good times, I used to have periods twice a month hahaha or even more often lol
