I don't believe that's entirely true.

I can believe that a person can develop a tolerance for larger objects over a length of time, but those muscles are probably some of the tightest and frequently used in that region.

bunch of crap. The vagina is one of the strongest muscles in a female body. It is meant to stretch and get back to it original shape easily. Like everything, things decay over time...

It's a toss-up for me.

Anal:
very little chance of pregnancy (COULD drip down, or accidentally put penis in vagina [especially after few drinks], put some spermicide in there just in case if she is not on pill), feels really tight especially at first, the fact that she is taking it in the ass is a huge turn on itself, pulling out to see the hole gape is hot as hell.

Vagina:
lubed! Feeling her warm, wetness is amazing, yummm, self-lubing also makes sex in different places more convenient (not next to night stand), quicker... less prep time needed (butt-plug, or finger), also a bit cleaner overall.
