    What should I cook

So I'm having the little lady over tomorrow night so I can teach her some country dance moves for the bar this Friday night. I decided I should make her some dinner. Here are my choices based on what I have and my short planning timeframe.

    1. Fajitas - Tortilla, Steak, Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce, Pace picante. Not the most exciting fajita but it's what I like

    2. Jack Daniels Mesquite marinated Steak with spaghetti. (on the grill of course)

She's from New Jersey and has commented that our food out here in bland. Oh well, so are my choices.

Oh, and I have salad if she wants but that probably wouldn’t go well with the fajitas. I did pick up some dressing that’s the same color of whatever she had last night at Red Lobster. rofl. Thousand Island.

I'll put more planning into this for next time.

Not enough time but thanks. If I go with Steak though, I could use the Fajita one another time. I was thinking about starting a recipe thread for dating but I Dont have time. I dont know how I'm going to get this house in order in the next 2 hours before I need to sleep.

Whatever you cook, I am sure she will love, especially since you are doing it for her. I will point out, though, that women generally like to eat vegetables, so be sure to include them in your fajitas.

I looked at the bell peppers but then walked away

I imagine you would Junsui - God bless Texas.

Okay, I might have time. Lay it on me.
No, tonight I'm headed to Taco Bell as soon as I get this load of laundry out and the next one in.

Just make sure your presentation is laid out well and you're in the mood to serve. I think both of your options sound tasty. Let us know what you decide and how things go, I'll be rooting for ya.
