This is one of the problems I am facing. When I have sex with my spouse I precom and she does not get satisfied and the sexual organ becomes too soft and I become unable to penetrate after that.

There is no easy solution. It's best to go see a doctor that can find someone that specializes in this area. You can try using a product that numbs the penis called a Desensitizer. You can purchase from a sex store or on line. Use a small about where you are most sensitive and wear a condom so it doesn't numb her.

This must be one of those things that men think about a lot and it's hard for women to relate obviously. We can be sensitive about it but how can we know the solution. I had a guy that I dated be honest about sometimes he just didn't last long. We hadn't been dating very long at all. So he just got it right out on the table. He brought it up this way. The problem why guys ejaculate prematurely is that there`s too much stimulation, not to mention excitement(though this goes for both parties). There are many ways to stop a male from ejaculating prematurely, but most of them are for the female to discover. An example would be to make him stop, when he`s about to go off. Do some research.
There`s also an easier way, but it might come to cost more - multiple condom layers. For the male it won`t be as pleasant as without them, but he will last longer.
Then there`s also the previously mentioned 2nd round. You don`t mean to tell me you do just 1?

Also don`t use Viagra, it can only help you not to roll out of the bed at night. Plus it causes penile problems.

Seriously. When I switched from Trojan to Durex I was like "Holy shit.. I can feel things!"

For the love of all things holy do NOT use multiple layers of condoms. It actually reduces their effectiveness.

The best suggestions I've seen so far are seeing a doctor, going for round 2, using a lot of foreplay/afterplay, and using a thicker condom (like Trojans). Most men I know can go much longer on round 2.
