Wait until the time is right. You'll know it is right when you are in close approximation to each other and your eyes lock for a little too much time. Don't force it. You don't want a "pity" kiss. Your eyes could lock on the 1st date or the 15th. If it doesn't happen, move on.

90% of girls will **** on the first date, so im sure in any situation, except that by the end of the date shes repulsed by you, or if it was a blind date, in any other situation than those 2, im sure kissing is a minimum requirement.
