So what are the latest tips and tricks to initiate a friendship that ends up woth a nice date ofcourse.
But without messaging her and saying "ohh I really like you".

I would only recommend that if you know who the girl or guy hangs out with you can join up for parties and hope that they'll show up, and then make a move.
Asking out for a date or trying to provoke interest for no real reason via facebook is like hooking up while waiting in the queue in a supermarket - Don't bother.
