my sister was asking me about this but i have no idea what it is..
she squeezed her boobs and a light yellow/green/clear colour discharge came out.
have any of you girls ever experienced this or know what it is??

That's just nasty, I've been with a lot of women, and I've never seen discharge like that... I'd see a doctor...

It doesn't happen to me I'll tell you that
She may be pregnant and lactating though i'd see a doctor and get his diagnosis
Tell your sister not to be too embarrassed either I'm sure it is nothing serious
