she didnt reply,,what could be my next move?

i had my second date with a girl whom told me she liked me and we almost have sex. she wasnt sure of doing it so i left it there. the next day i sent her a msg telling her that: i shouldnt tell her that but i was hoping to see her again already" and she didnt reply back (she saw the msg). it've been 3 days now and i dont know if i should send her another msg or what :/ i dont wanna bother her

She could be busy with whatever she has going on in her life, or she may not be as into you as you thought she was. Either way, you should leave it where it is. She will reach out to you if she wants. Until then, focus on your own life and do your own thing in the mean time. If she comes around, that's cool; but if not, there are plenty of other women out there who would be interested in dating you.
