The hymen can be teared apart by doing sports, masturbation and using a dildo. I have slept with virgins and I never saw any blood.

As for "wrinkled up pussy lips" and tightness, that doesn't have much to do with sexual experiences. All girls have different vulva and vagina. Age is the only factor that really changes the appearance of genitals.
