A bit early to think about valentines day.
Best Valentine's Day gift ever? Not expecting anything.
I freaking LOATHE Valentine's Day - just how much does it mean if you get something for your significant other on the day you're expected to, vs. just doing it because you felt like it?
I do stuff for my wife on Valentine's Day because I feel like it... but she doesn't expect anything, so it's all me. That's cool.
Heart is Aching nailed it. My hubby is happiest when I let Valentines Day just slide past as just another day.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.
All men think its stupid but we play the game to avoid Bullshit
All NON-SINGLE men think it's stupid; most perpetually single guys find it another massively depressing, suicide-encouraging day.
Because we have to chase him. Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.
Oh god. Valentines Day... I forgot this is coming.

What, Indi? Have to prepare yourself for an avalanche of candygrams and flowers and whatnot, eh?

I don't have a problem with Valentine's Day. Sure, it's a Hallmark holiday, but why is it so offensive to have a day set aside that makes you remember to express appreciation for someone you love? People who are in relatively new relationships don't need a day like this, but long-timers (with families and multiple responsibilities) might.
As for what men like for Valentine's Day, I am guessing what they probably want most is to feel loved and appreciated, but you can't buy that, so sporting event tickets are nice.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
Well, evidently I was correct in assuming so I have some idea

I make my husband a nice dinner and buy him a few car magazines he likes or some Crown Royal....maybe throw in a load of laundry in for him.
What, pepper spray? restraining orders?
