soo... how do you do it?
soo... how do you do it?
Are you in a physically intimate relationship?
no..sort of..maybe.
it started as a peck on the cheek and now it's a grab you from the waist kind of thing.
i don't want it to be.
Then you need to state this clearly.
Do not wait until (he?) engages in this behavior before you bring it up.
Discuss this before you get into the situation to avoid damaging his ego, which in turn can cause him to feel embarrassed and rejected and retaliate with a possible tantrum.
You need to state clearly that it is yourself that is not comfortable with that kind of contact yet.
Why would a girl avoid that type of contact? Especially if you are going out with him? I thought if a girl finds a guy attractive she would have no problem with contact, especially a peck on the cheek or hand around the waist..
That's your body, LNF, nobody else's. If you don't want someone touching it, you have every right to stop them. Start as politely as you can, maybe by simply stating that you're uncomfortable with being touched on your waist, but by all means, take it to the "Get your mitts off me" level pretty soon if you have to.

If a woman is going out with a guy and doesn't want that kind of physical contact, I'm guessing she's gay and doesn't know it yet.
I am guessing this is not a woman, but a teenage girl. Either that, or they haven't been dating long enough for him to be pawing at her.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
Peck on the cheek and arm around the waist is "pawing"?
I was under the impression it was the "grabbing at the waist" (her words) she objected to. I've seen those teenage boys in action - they can be very intimidating and frankly, pushy. If she doesn't like it, he needs to stop.
BTW, original poster, don't act like a wimpy girl by saying no while you are giggling and flirting with him for fear he might not like you anymore. Your body language has to match your words.

just slap him.
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.
you can tell just by the way she talks that there is a lack of communication in the relationship.
