The "dating is a numbers game" philosophy refers to the fact that you have to just keep asking girls out, and eventually if you ask enough, one will say "yes." Just how many you have to ask will obviously vary from person to person . . .

meet the girls you know;s friends get to know them then their friends etc etc. thats the easiest way. or next time you see a cute girl just say hi, sounds lame but its worth risking rejection to possibly be happy with that person for the rest of your life
