Difficulty interpreting what he means

My boyfriend hasn't contacted me in the past couple of days, I haven't much either. He told me he's having mood swings. I texted him today asking if I can stay over today or tomorrow and he said 'im sick at the moment so maybe another time sorry babe'
We've been seeing each other practically everyday and he contacts me at least once a day but this is the first I've heard from him in the past couple of days.
What's going on?

Maybe he just needs a little alone time to hangout with his wang out.
You know do that guy stuff.
Sit on the couch in your underwear scratch your self and eat crap and watch TV.

We all have these days, even if you dont mind your gf being in that way you still wanna see him but everyone needs own space !

I tried to call him today. He ignored it. I texted him afterwards, 'Tell me straight out whether or not you want to see me anymore, or if you need time to think, or space' and there was no response.
