heart broken and confused

hey everyone. ill give you the short version of my story. she broke up with me just over a week ago because she said she didn't have the feelings for me anymore but cares about me a lot and that no one ever treated her as good as I did.that I was everything she ever wanted. I was cruched,never saw it coming,we never fought or had any problems. few days later I asked her to meet in person and we did after a good long talk she got emotional and said she tried but just wasn't "in love" with me. we were only together for 7 months but did a lot together and with our families and friends. we always had fun and she always seemed happy. she is turning 40 soon and stuck living w her parents and has been hurt bad before in her marriage,
we have know each other since second grade and we both said we dnt want to lose that. we havnt had contact on about 10 days.
im confused as to what to do. I love her and want her back but dnt know that's possible and I don't want to lose a friendship of such a long time and also wonder if after time she might realize she does love me

Well, she said she didn't have the feelings. You should find a way to arouse the feelings. Try to figure out what happened that she had feelings before and now doesn't.
