I can't tell you all that i do, becuase some of it is confidential.. but I work in an office in West Sac. for a company called American Underlayment Systems.
I do productivity reports daily, along with timesheets and estimates for jobs. I also do alot with their Accounty Payable and their contracts. I enter their contracts into multiple (about 10-12) different spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. I go through about 25-30 contracts on a daily basis. I answer phones pretty much contantly throughout the day (at least one call every 5 minutes.. @ LEAST!). I converse with the guys in the "field" (they install the products). I work 8-5 monday through friday.. i get an hour lunch, but I usually don't take it. I (most of the time) come into work either early or stay late. I've stayed until seven before, that is not uncommon for me to do. I am the only one in "productivity", so it can get a little crazy and hectic for me. So yeah. :p
