SO's new Female friends - jealous? annoying? forget it?

so we're at uni and we've met up with a lot of old friends who haven't been seen for a few years and have now resurfaced. we're on 2 different courses on 2 different campuses but still see a lot of each other. him and his old friends have made new friends who are female. should i be jealous?

honestly i don't think i am. but it's quite annoying when we be walking to classes or whatever together and they'd give him a great big hi!! how are you and i get a dirty look. uni's over in like a weeks time so i should just forget it right?

giga no no no lol he isn't like that at all. he wouldn't say anything about me to anybody let alone people he's just met! lol i think he's actualy asked them to be nicer as i've started getting some warmer greetings. he has to do a lot of work with these girls and i'm starting to feel insecure. one of them is really pretty. and like i said uni's over in 2weeks..best 2 forget it? it's just that the only girls he's ever been around i have known really well. now we're surrounded by all these new people that we hardly know.
