I do not know why women are less aggressive when it comes to making love. They want males to start and they just want to remain passive responding amorously when their counterparts –males make pass at them. Is it because man is always aggressive, bold and more romantic? Or just because women have yet to be dominants in relationships buildings?

Is there any culture wherein men are passive responders and females are initiators?
