Easiest way to get rid of it is to just find another crush to focus on. The alternatives would be just living with it and keeping it to yourself, or attempting to pursue her only to get shot down. Which would ruin a perfectly good work relationship. You have to just try to put it in the back of your mind and tell yourself "It would be a really bad idea." Whenever you think about her.
