I cheated and still haven't told whole truth

Hi,

First bear in mind me and my gf are only 17 and i now love her very much and we usually get on perfectly, both virgins and she's not particularly sexual.
I cheated on my gf not sex, just more than i'd done with her with another girl. I just told her that we kissed, because i felt that i couldn't not tell her. However we actually did midly more than that. We broke up and then after a while she forgave me. Should i tell her what actually happened or leave it as it is? the other girl says she can't remember what happened so no chance of her telling my gf.
