Is he interested? Or just being polite?

    Hello everybody.

I am just so confused and dont know what to think.
I met this guy who I find extremely charming and sweet...unfortunately, shortly after we met he went abroad for the next few weeks. So we're emailing.
I mean, he writes back so it can't be too bad...but first, he's extremely formal, than we're just talking about trivial stuff...then it seems as if he's trying to give me hints...then he's not writing back.

So to all those guys: what is he thinking?! I'm going mad here. Is he maybe just answering because he's being polite? I haven't got a clue.

If he isn't responding, I'd take that as a hint. Is he on vacation? Maybe he doesn't want to be bothered. Leave him alone. If he is interested, he will contact you when he gets back into town.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

    No, he's working.

You know...he's not responding for two or three days...then he writes back again. And it goes on and on like this and I've got no idea what to think.

Have you actually shown any interest in him? Things like these can't be just one sided, you know. You also have to let him know you like him. You have to be flirty, if you do. Because it seems that girls can just write all kinds of stuff when they are not interested also..
    Don't expect anything.

Hm...what do you suggest? The tricky thing with emails is that you can't see the other person's expression. But I dont wanna be too fast. So what is obvious but not too brash either?
