I just now had barely that has lentils along with 1/2 an avocado and egg white inside the hole, and green gram curry...yummy. Leg day at the gym today! Woot!
Have an appointment my morning so got to sleep in and make a nice full breakfast for myself, had pancakes, two eggs scrambled, and some bacon with orange slices.

I made hot cross buns for Easter so having two with a cuppa tea.
