Honestly, like most people here have said, this is pretty much, insane.
Regardless of how nasty it is, and regardless if it's a problem in the relationship, someone who NEEDS this has some VERY serious issues.
I would fear this man, honestly, even after four years if hes been holding that gem inside for that long who knows what else he has been.
Rape, violence(in and out of sex) ext... you never know, this man is not right and sounds extremely manipulative.
