Just got back from tanning, been doing this for a while. No gym today, my elbow is sore again. I actually look good. I dress good, am clean-shaven, bathe, touch of cologne - yet 30 million women rejected me - over an 18 or 25-year period. That is how I see it. Thirty million is my rough guesstimate of how many desirable single women there are.

Hello there, I'm new here

Need advices, cuz I couldn't deal with these things. I consider myself as a not-so-boring typical of girl. But I don't know why I couldn't start any conversation with people, what should I do? Am I a little anti-social? Boys love girls who can talk about anything, but I just stay silent everytime both boys-i-do-know or strangers come
and thats what makes me so difficult to make friends, especially from another countries!

You need to be more outgoing and in doing that you just have to suck it up and stop being shy. Boys will generally ask you out after getting a good conversation going as it shows that you are interested in him.

I went out to a party and had a few half decent conversation with the middle of the range girls but none of them would give me a chance and some even seemed as though they didn't like me at all. The most attractive girl at the entire party caught me perving on her and smiled at me so I went over to her, shook her hand, told her my name and she made room for me to sit down.

I sat down and we had a long conversation which led to me paying her a couple of compliments and little bit of somewhat smoothe talking later she gave me her number and agreed to go on a date.

She was a little drunk so I wasn't going to make a move on her then, she might reject me and if we go on a date it might not go anywhere because she is likely too good looking for me but atleast I gave it a shot.

It's amusingly ironic that you accuse me of stupidity while you don't even realize how stupid the above looks to majority of regulars on LF. I'm not going to tell you why, but I doubt you have enough brain cells to figure it out for yourself.

The beauty of the internet is that it makes all people equal. In real life you are not allowed to argue with a woman.

I found that there are a lot of misinformed rumors circling around about what it is that women really want and find attractive and after more than a few dates since my breakup I think I'm finally starting to see a clearer picture. Somewhere on the instinctive level (probably somewhere around Jungian archetypes) women do look for particular traits in a guy. And it's not just generosity and fun personality, but little details like how independent, direct and brave the guy is, how well he handles multiple situations and pursues his interests on his own without waiting for anyone's permission. If a guy can fill those instinctive yearnings by being a protector who has the power, but who would never mis-use it unless it's really called for, who has the integrity and the heart to take care of those he sees as his own, not scared to ask for what he wants regardless of the result, if he can create the environment where the woman feels safe to submit into the strong and caring arms then it's only a matter of time before her attraction will grow.
