so no more need for the Ativan... Looks like this Lexapro is doing its job (doesnt stop me from thinking, but I dont really care.) Well i stll do but not nearly as much, and its giving me the energy to move on with my life... FINALLY!

How about pot? Does it help? I sometimes work out (yoga) when I smoke pot. Exercise seems to help me be more positive and I am achieving some weight management goals at the same time.
