I haven't been here long, but I'm getting really annoyed by the way people here freak about posts to old threads. I can understand that it's pointless to post to an old thread about a specific relationship, because odds are, that problem was solved or the relationship ended or something. But for a discussion about a topic like this one, who cares how old the thread is? How does it matter? This forum lists "similar threads" at the bottom of the screen, so it's quite natural for a newer poster to assume that it's fair game to look at those threads and even post to them. If not, maybe this forum should be set up differently, so that old threads get erased.

Cocksucker, this issue was supposed to be fixed a long time ago.

It's still up to the mods to have to manually lock them out as they come.
