I'm an IMDb Pro user now (but you cannot just correct things with editing and see instant results) and that asshole tries to screw up my page by adding pointless YouTube entries on my page, as if they are film entries, when they are not supposed to be on IMDb since they're just general videos where I'm giving opinions on games. Yet IMDb users replied on the support site and said that's okay, as IMDb changed their policy about things like that. So does that mean any moron can just edit and mess up people's pages that they pay money for now and the staff won't tidy up the garbage edits, even if a troll is doing it on purpose?

Forums are dead these days. Now and then, I have been able to find forums with somewhat better members, but there's hardly any users that actually post very often, so often I post something because I put effort into typing it all up, but it usually goes ignored. It was the polar opposite in 2004. Dozens of users would sign in, but they would normally be the asshole types that enjoyed behaving like trolls. However, the forums were at least very busy, and moderators didn't stand for anyone's shit either, but they were so biased with long term members versus newcomers. These days, forums are just so bland and people's taste in video games has changed, so nobody really likes the older Resident Evil games much now. You also don't want forums populated with fanboys, or that, who just constantly defend the state of the series no matter what, because of their die hard approach to it. That's so pointless, because they'll tear apart anything you say.

It seriously aggravates me how people in a professional setting have no consideration for anybody else's time. Giving an example from my work experience... so we have a meeting with a bunch of different people. Some of us there in the office, some were remote or at other offices and therefore dialing in via a conference call. So, the meeting "ends" basically, and those of us in the room therefore hang-up the phone being used for the conference call.....

And nobody in the room even moves a muscle. I just don't get it. I mean, does that not mean the F'ing meeting is over?! If we had more to discuss, then we should have discussed it in the first place. If you have your stupid little side conversations, go to your desk/office and have them. At the very least, should not our reaction once we basically agreed the meeting is over (because we disconnected the call) be to GET THE F UP?! But nobody even so much as moves.... and we wind up talking for another 10 minutes. Sure, I could just leave... but then that makes ME look bad when they are the ones in the wrong. Makes me look like I don't give a crap what they have to say. LOL!

ARGH! It just drives me crazy. Especially because I HATE when I am waiting for a conference room I/my team booked, and other people had it before and have stayed over the time they booked. Then you have to kind of chase them out. So, what p*$$e$ me off even more is when you make me one of those people. Now I'm stuck as part of the inconsiderate group of a-holes who had to be chased out of the damn conference room when we stayed past the time we booked. Not cool.

I've noticed that with any forum these days. They're all practically dead. I still go to Resident Evil forums, but they debate pointless things that I would expect to see in 2006 or something, but not in twenty God damn eighteen. I see nobody talking about the RE2 remake much, or RE7, or what RE8 may bring. Etc. While I do like some of their debates, it's so quiet on those sort of fan forums. I still post, hoping things will pick up. It's not gonna happen. I know that now. I've vowed to stop using forums by the end of 2019. Maybe sooner. I don't post on them much anymore. I'd still like to, but they're always too inactive, so I realized there's no point in trying. I've not bothered being much of a YouTube guy either, because I don't have the aura to attract a big fan base and my web cam isn't that great. I did install an external one, but I think it's faulty. The sound is crap too, and people probably won't understand my accent, being that I'm in Scotland. When so many other people are uploading videos that are 1000 times better, that's where people should be directed. I've seen people adding all these fancy backgrounds and soundbytes, which I have no idea how to produce. I'm like, "Holy cow. They truly know their stuff. They can talk a good talk as well."

It must be money consuming, yet I don't think they actually earn any money. Maybe some do. I think it's just a hobby that they like to share, though.

I don't know. Things just change. I guess!

I was at an amusement park, waiting several hours in a queue. But that's not even what annoyed me the most. It's the damn couples!! Has anyone else been in a similar situation? You're single. Maybe you recently went out of a relationship, and you still remember how great it felt having a girlfriend/boyfriend... So now you are standing in line for a ride in an amusement park, and there's this young couple in front of you, and another young couple behind you. It's like they only exist within their own bubble. They keep having their hands on each other, looking face to face, smiling, cuddling and kiss at least every minute or so... For half an hour!! And you're just there, being a hopeless single, and you can't have a queue-partner to kiss while waiting. At least they don't have to be bored. It's SO disrespectful! I understand their need to share their romantic affection, but they shouldn't do it around other people who might suffer from being single, who do NOT have that same opportunity to kiss a beautiful young girl/boy. And it sucks having to look away. Seriously. You feel like such a loser.

Generally, in my opinion, there should be public rules about romantic affection, that limits couples from kissing and being intimate and such, simply as a way to show respect for those who doesn't have the same in their life. At least couples should do it discreetly, and away from other people who COULD be single, heartbroken, jealous and just sick from not having a girlfriend/boyfriend! GET A ROOM! Or wait until you're alone!!

I agree with you to some degree. Heck, even when I HAVE somebody (so basically never) I am not a fan of people who overdo it with public displays of affection. I do think it is just poor manners to be so overt about it. Though, I don't necessarily agree that it should be considered completely taboo. A little hand holding, smiling at each other, a light kiss here or there... I don't begrudge them that at all. Why shouldn't they be allowed to be happy? Why shouldn't they be allowed to enjoy it while they can? They aren't intending to throw it in anybody's face, they are just enjoying what they have. Those of us who are miserable and alone (that usually includes me, though these days I'm alone but learning to be okay with it) don't have to look. It is none of our business.

But, yes, there are definitely people who are way too in your face about it and that I do consider very rude. Like public make-out sessions, or grabbing at each other, or things like that.

But, believe me, I feel your pain, Zachi. I know it may not help now, but just know that all pain is temporary. You will find your happiness soon enough, whatever form that may take.
