I don't know anything about ketamine, what's that like? I guess valium would make you happy, thus hopefully making your trip happy...?

Ketamine makes you feel like you've left your body, hence the 'dissociative' name. This salvia drug you took sounds like it could benefit from being given with something like valium, to take that freaky edge off it.

I haven't taken a ton of drugs, tho, so I'm hardly an expert. Alcohol, pot, valium & ketamine (only once). I don't enjoy anything that muzzes up my thinking. All of them tend to make me sleepy, which makes me wonder if some drug responses are at least genetic & predisposed (and therefore less interesting for some).

Aha! THAT explains a lot. My friend, who was with me at the time, describes an entire bus trip we took (as students) that I have almost no memory of.

No hallucinations tho. Bummer. Unless I forgot.

I'm not doing meth. I've heard that stuff can addict you very quickly.

I would like to try all this harder stuff once, after my son is grown up. Just for the experience. I know someone who used to do LSD and was telling me about girls dresses that suddenly turned into fresh fruit. And smelling music & other odd things. The experience sounds fascinating.
