Come dude, I have seen this **it before. It happened to me. You meet a girl that has a boyfriend and their relationship is not good. And for some reason she can not break up with him. From the bottom of my heart: Do you want to be with her..ask HER to solve that relationship. IT IS HER BUSINESS, NOT YOURS.

First see if she even wants you to intervene. If not then move on; it's up to her to solve her own problems. If she does want you to help her and has cause to believe he will harm her if she leaves him then set him up. Have her call him and break up with him and record the call. If he threatens violence give the recording to the police.
