Okay, I'm joking. Sort of. But I would spend as little time as possible there until he is gone, in that case.

He was living in a residential before the car accident. Since he told me that he can take care of himself I guess it would have been smart for me to say... ok well go back to your residential until you move. I have been doing good with not spending time with him though. It took all the power in me to stay in my room on our anniversary. Only a few more days though. I'm going to try really hard and try even harder to maintain the no contact rule once he is gone.
