A cuban sub has slices of roast pork, some ham, cheese (usually provalone), mustard and dill pickle on Cuban bread--or French baguette if you must. You cook it in either a sandwich press thing or a frying pan with something heavy to smash it down with.
Pretty simple, really, but oh-so good. Kind of like a panini but not quite.
