So, after the nice 4 day weekend, my first day back to work, turns into a half day.

Then today (Tuesday), I get up as usual for work, drive the 15 minutes out there and discover, they didn't need me today.

I'm starting to grow wary of this job.

Duncan (boss), told me that I would be doing some office work in conjunction with the construction. Yesterday after they let me home early I called him to ask him if he had any such work for me, and he told me "no".

I'm beginning to feel like this guy isn't living up to his end of the bargain.

I'm gonna start to look elsewhere...just in case...

Is this like contractor work? If so, they will probably just use you when they have a job to do. Sucks. I would look for something more steady, too.
