Rough work weekend, and my daughter botched my attempt to get rid of the on-again/off again knucklehead in my life. People can be such an energy-suck.

Went through most of the weekend on a do not disturb me ban... I said no calls, texts, thinking and I should have added no emails, because I got one sent of their gmail to my yahoo. They know if I get contact off someone I feel the need to reply because it is being polite, gawd damnit, I replied Can't sleep. Happy Canada Day!

Off today because I sprained my ankle last night, and it's gonna be a scorcher and we have no a/c here. Guess I'll be hobbling to the mall or someplace cooler later. Sometimes wish we had a pool here on days like this.

The thing that annoyed me yesterday was the traffic. A lot of idiots on the road, I couldn't believe it. Well, I mean more then normal. Idiotic dump truck driver's cutting people off, hanging in the fast lane. People driving 10 under the speed limit in the fast lane and not wanting to move out of the way of faster moving traffic.

Got ants in our place now because of the heat- it's those teeny tiny ones you cannot even stomp to death because are so small yet so fast.
