LOOOOOOOOOOOL. Chances are if you can't even get basic spelling right (I do not speak French, either), you probably don't have a clue how the words are actually pronounced. German pronunciation is extremely difficult for a person who speaks American English and most students don't start picking up on correct phonology until 3-4 years into studying. Chances are if you tried to say "Ich liebe Dich" it *would* sound awful, and that I DO agree with.
