Rain Man, the only film that has made me cry. Though i doubt many of you have seen it.

    I'd have to say A.I.

It was a beautiful film overall, but terribly sad and depressing.

Wouldn't recommend seeing it if you're easily upset...

the scene when they're all on the roof, no hope in their lives getting any better, and the guy manages to score up a couple of beers for each one of them, and the time to enjoy them on the roof with the sunset.

that set me off. maybe its a guy thing.

Death is like sex in highschool, because if you knew how many times you missed it, you'd be paralyzed.

hehe Do you here that Lloyd? It's a guy thing! I'm not a guy, and I loved that movie, and yes, I cried. Multiple times.

    STOP MOEBURN, you're killing me!!

I also cried during the gang rape, when the old man hung himself, and when Tim Robbins locks himself in the warden's office and plays music for the inmates over the loudspeaker...

Did you ever see Cool Hand Luke? I LOVE that movie, too. I actually really enjoy prison movies.. Dead Man Walking was another great prison movie.

Shadow was the name of the old dog. I'm a sucker for movies where it seems like all hope is lost...and then suddenly...all heaven breaks loose!

wow, this must be a new LF record: for being on page 3, and still sticking to the subject! YAY,

well, I guess '4 words' is the exception - that thread will NEVER go off topic,

i liked shawshank redemption, remember, hope is a good thing, and no good thing ever dies.
