Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

I'd open up a porn studio in New Delhi
Maybe it's just I've seen 24 too many times, DM...
Um, no. Clubs, activities, jobs of any type, any form of recreation you can find in any other city is all there. Things like great skiing and beaches you can't get in NYC, but you can in the US (Vermony, Rocky Mountains for skiing, and South Carolina, Florida, Virgin Islands for beaches on east coast)
Anything the cities around me have (Rochester, Buffalo, Toronto, Syracuse, etc) I can all find in 25 times the variety in NYC. That holds for basically any city when being compared with NYC
That was my experience in Asia.....sure I saw a lot of poverty and lots of poor health (lots of post-war injuries in Vietnam), but it was still enjoyable and very much made me appreciate everything I have. I've seen it in other countries too, and it's very sad, but it is definitely not a deterrent for me to visit a certain area.
I guess the only places I wouldn't go are Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan, and Korea (north or south). Koreans just don't like anyone that isn't Korean. There's also someplaces in the US I have no desire to see...like Los Angeles, Washington D.C., or most of the middle states.
