I'd have to know more about the circumstances for the decision, or lack of. My posts about school budgets are, sadly, very true.

But, it would probably mean some kind of discipline action for the school principle, as s/he is ultimately responsible unless there was a policy at a higher level.

i would also come on campus with a gun... i'd shoot the other students that i hate, the teachers who never wanted to pass me because my grades mattered, and the principal for watching me strip for foreign girls, ..


and then i'd wake up.
